Lotte New York Palace is a luxury hotel located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The hotel occupies a historic building that was originally built as a mansion in 1882 for Henry Villard, a railroad financier. The mansion was later converted into a hotel in the 1980s and underwent extensive renovations in the early 2010s.
The Lotte New York Palace also offers a number of specialty suites, including the Champagne Suite, which has a private balcony with views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and the Royal Suite, which is decorated in a classic European style and has a grand foyer and a formal dining room. The hotel’s most luxurious suite is the Jewel Suite by Martin Katz, which features a private rooftop terrace and is decorated with $1.5 million worth of Martin Katz jewellery.

One of the highlights of Christmas at the Lotte New York Palace is the annual tree lighting ceremony, which takes place in the hotel’s iconic courtyard. The ceremony features live entertainment, hot cocoa, and the lighting of the hotel’s towering Christmas tree, which is adorned with thousands of twinkling lights and ornaments.
