Afternoon hikes climb to elevated viewpoints, offering dramatic perspectives of Bolivia’s forlorn hills across lake waters. Meals return hand-pressed quinoa risotto, lime-infused trout, and wines pressed in nearby vineyards, savoured under sunset glow.
